It's easy and exciting! Simply search the listings directly from our website until you find the home or property of your dreams. We can even provide you with automatic email updates of "just listed" properties.
You preview property that match your criteria. Once you find something you would like to view, simply contact us to schedule a showing once you arrive in Manzanillo.
At closing, you will receive a check for up to 1% of the sales price. For example, on a home you purchase for $250,000 your rebate would be up to $2,500!
We represent you throughout the entire buying and contract process as your exclusive Buyer's Agent.
We make sure you get the right house at the right price.
Remember, there is no cost to the buyer to have us assist them in their purchase.
This program works because we're not greedy. We think standard real estate commissions of 5 or 6% are too high. We commit to work for you exclusively, and you agree to work only with PropertyPros as your representative.
You will be asked to sign an Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement, authorizing PropertyPros to act as your exclusive Buyer's Agent and work on your behalf to help you purchase real estate. We will pick you up at the airport, help you get checked in to your hotel, and take you to view the listings which fit your criteria.
Once you've made your selection, PropertyPros will work exclusively for you to negotiate the best price possible.
Note: There often is some confusion about the Buyer Brokerage Agreement with people who are unfamiliar with real estate contracts. The Buyer Brokerage Agreement simply states that you agree to use PropertyPros as your exclusive agent for the purchase of real estate and you will not buy real estate without the assistance of PropertyPros during the contract period. In general, real estate commissions are paid by the seller and not by the buyer. The language in the contract concerning commissions applies only if you would like to purchase a property that is not paying a commission, and then the buyer would be required to pay the commission. In reality, this almost never occurs since almost all properties offered pay a commission. Even most "For Sale By Owner" properties will offer a commission.
